EU Regional Payable Accountant

Job Description
EU Regional Finance & Reporting Accountant is responsible for end-to-end Accounts Payable, banking operations, and financial reporting support for Europe entities across UK & Europe entities, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of regional financial reporting.
Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up with third‑party suppliers on invoices
Process and upload supplier invoices through Invoice Capture system and Dynamics 365
Ensure compliance with company travel and expense policies
Review, query, obtain approvals for, and post employee expense claims
Manage AP mailbox and respond to supplier and intercompany queries
Process credit card transactions and perform relevant postings
Manage prepayments for Germany and Poland entities
Perform accruals, fixed asset accounting, and depreciation entries across entities
Post bank transactions in Dynamics 365 accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain and update supplier bank details in the system
Verify and confirm supplier banking information prior to making payments
Perform quarterly balance sheet reconciliations for UK entity
Maintain and update mileage rates and payment status data on NPC
Update customer credit information and key client data in Dynamics 365
Support finance systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve system or transactional issues
Provide supporting documentation for audit, including invoices, contracts, and approvals
Prepare ad‑hoc reports such as gross profit and revenue analysis by department or project
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree of Finance and accounting
1 year of experience in accounting field is preferable
Good knowledge of accounting standards
Be able to speak and writing English
Knowledge of Vietnam tax and legal is a plus
Basic knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
Other requirements soft skill is plus such as
Strong communication skills

Time Management
Technical aptitude to quickly learn new software products, Excel skill
Teamwork
