RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a Drafter cum Estimator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing drawings, supporting take-offs, and assisting with cost estimating for construction and fabrication projects.

• Prepare 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp or Bluebeam
• Review and interpret client requirements, architectural and structural drawings

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related technical field
• Good communication skills in English
• Minimum 1 year experience AutoCAD, SketchUp or Bluebeam
• Ability to read and understand architectural and structural plans. Familiar with aluminum/wood design and fabrication (other design experience acceptable)
