ERP Support Analyst (QAD)

1. Job Summary

The ERP Support Analyst will be responsible for providing functional and technical support for the QAD ERP system, ensuring stable operations, timely issue resolution, and effective user support across business functions.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for the QAD ERP system, including issue analysis, troubleshooting,

and resolution.

• Support core QAD modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory, and

Procurement.

• Act as first and second level support for ERP-related incidents and service requests.

• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and provide functional solutions.

• Coordinate with global IT teams, vendors, and QAD support for complex issues.

• Perform system monitoring, data validation, and root cause analysis to ensure system stability.

• Support ERP enhancements, upgrades, patches, and testing activities.

• Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user training materials.

• Ensure compliance with internal IT controls, security standards, and audit requirements.

• Participate in on-call or after-hours support as required.
