ERP Expert

Analyze business requirements and support full-cycle ERP implementation, from requirement gathering to go-live.

Configure, maintain, and optimize ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent accepted).

Prepare BRD/FSD documents, user manuals, SOPs, and training materials.

Conduct UAT, provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with technical teams on system enhancements.

Analyze ERP data using SQL to ensure data accuracy, investigate issues, and support reporting.

Deliver ERP training and provide ongoing support to end users and key users.

Work with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other departments to improve business processes and maximize ERP effectiveness.

Maintain ERP documentation and recommend continuous system and process improvements.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

5–8 years of ERP experience, including at least 3 years as an ERP Consultant or Business Analyst.

Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle or equivalent ERP systems. (Mandatory)

Experience in at least one full-cycle ERP implementation from requirement gathering to go-live. (Mandatory)

Strong knowledge of Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, Costing), Supply Chain, Inventory, and Manufacturing processes. (Mandatory)

Proficient in SQL for ERP data analysis.

Strong communication in English, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
