BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB:

Responsible for day to day to maintain the utilities or manufacturing, coating equipment at

good condition. Repair breakdown of critical machine.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. MANUFACTURING 30%

EQUIPMENT:

activities/tasks to minimize downtime.

MAINTAINNANCE

1.2 Familiar with machine operating system and able

to troubleshoot the manufacturing machines.

1.3 Preventive maintenance is properly carried out

and recorded.

1.4 Equipment breakdown is properly repaired and at

the best available time.

1.5 Make work improvement to reduce the downtime

of critical machine.

1.6 Review and manage the spare parts as well as

the safety stock, inventory reserve, lead-time and

variance between physical and system.

1.7 Make technical report as routinely.

1.8 Lead the daily meeting and assign tasks to team

members and follow up as priority based on

1.9 Production impact.

Follow up with other Dept. to ensure the

expectation and minimize impact to production

activity.

Take the responsibility for the KPIs, cascade and

•Educational Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science inone of following specialisations: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Heat-Refrigeration.

• Working 2+ years of relevant working experience in Experience Mechanical/Electrical /Electronic/Heat-Refrigeration in manufacturing environment

• Ability to operate and troubleshoot for

Abilities manufacturing/

• Ability to repair and perform the maintenance

for manufacturing’s equipment routinely.

• Experience in AM or equivalent systems, PM,

5W (Or other Problem-Solving Tools),

Downtime.

• Ability to use AutoCAD, Mechanical Design

Software.

• Ability to perform backup and edit PLC

program.

• Good experience in PLC, HMI, inverter,

stepper, servo motor, industrial

communication protocol.

• Ability to use English communication.
