Environmental & ESG Engineer (Fresh/Junior)

- Strategy & Compliance: Formulate LSP’s ESG strategy, monitor EIA compliance, and manage dredging/dumping permits.
- Operations & Inspections: Conduct daily environmental patrols, site inspections (including facilities and mangrove areas), and manage waste storage and disposal.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with directors, area leaders, and CSR to drive ESG culture, build capability, and resolve community complaints.
- Evaluation: Assess ESG implementation effectiveness and address internal feedback.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Sustainability, or related fields.
- Experience: 0–5 years in Environmental, ESG, or HSE roles (preferably in petrochemical, chemical, oil & gas, or manufacturing).
- Skills: Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, environmental regulations, waste management, and EIA compliance; proficient in English (communication and reporting).
