Engineering Delivery Manager

Overview:
Our client is looking for an experienced Engineering Delivery Manager to lead a local software engineering team supporting regional product development. This role is responsible for managing engineering operations, improving delivery performance, strengthening communication with regional stakeholders, and driving AI and automation initiatives across multiple development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a local engineering team of 30+ members across Development, QA, BA, and Project Management.
- Oversee multiple concurrent software projects, ensuring delivery quality, timelines, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with regional management to provide clear daily project updates, highlight risks, and drive issue resolution.
- Improve project governance, team collaboration, and delivery visibility.
- Drive AI, engineering automation, and test automation initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Coach team leads and project managers to improve execution, communication, and leadership capability.
- Provide technical guidance for mobile application development, software architecture, DevOps, and engineering best practices.
Success Measures:
- Improve engineering productivity and delivery speed.
- Strengthen project governance and stakeholder communication.
- Successfully implement AI and automation initiatives with measurable results.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 15+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years leading engineering or delivery teams.
- Experience managing 20–50 engineers across multiple software projects.
- Strong background in mobile application development and software delivery.
- Hands-on experience with AI, engineering automation, or test automation is highly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in fintech, digital financial services, or enterprise software is an advantage.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
