Editor Leader

· In charge of the overall strategy for magazine and online content. Responsible for the content of articles, ensuring regulatory compliance on press law, create content in accordance with the regulations.

· Report content to the editor-in-chief. Responsible for the final draft (content, images) before sending it to the editor-in-chief of Văn Hóa magazine for approval. Ensure the consistency of the printed content and the final draft approved by the editor-in-chief.

· Work with CEO on activities related to the operation of the editorial team.

· Manage overall content/ personnel for the print and online as well as coordinate the human resources for other activities.

· Responsible of the event content (theme, agenda, speakers, moderators).

· Develop the network of collaborators/ experts/ diplomatic activities ... related to content and events.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

·  Have writing, interview and editing skills suitable for all assigned sectors.

·  Have a good knowledge of digital content, including text, graphic, photos, video, audio.

·  Be conversant with all relevant software and tools in content management system.

·  Have at least 5 years experience in similar position.

·  Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

·  Possess a teamwork mindset, as well as be able to work independently.

·  Have experience working in the same or similar position is a plus.

·  Digital editing skills with an exceptional portfolio of published work
