Hunt for Opportunities
- Explore TikTok Shop, Shopee and the social commerce ecosystem to uncover potential sellers, affiliates and growth opportunities.
- Research the market, spot emerging trends and identify who can help the brand win in Vietnam.
- Proactively reach out, pitch and onboard high-potential partners
Build the Network
- Build relationships with sellers and affiliates from the ground up.
- Understand their audience, content style and selling strengths to find the right product–partner fit.
- Keep partners engaged and turn them into active sales channels.
Turn Ideas into Sales
- Help partners understand the product and develop content & selling angles that work for their audience.
- Test different approaches, learn quickly and double down on what works.
- Track seller performance and optimize activities to drive GMV and campaign results.
Think. Test. Scale.
- Monitor campaign performance and turn data into clear next actions.
- Work closely with internal teams to scale successful strategies.
- Share market insights and help build a playbook for the brand’s growth in Vietnam.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 4th-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Previous working experience is preferred, especially in sales/ telesales/ customer service/ e-commerce.
- Good communication and persuasion skills; comfortable with telesales and client outreach.
- Proactive, fast-learning, and detail-oriented.
- Familiar with social media platforms, basic Google Sheets/Excel, and AI tools for work purposes.
- Male candidates are preferred.
