Tuyển dụng Account Intern (Booking KOL/KOC) tại Hồ Chí Minh

- Support the Account team in searching, contacting, and working with suitable KOLs/Influencers for campaigns.
- Help collect quotations, negotiate fees, and coordinate bookings with KOLs/Influencers.
- Work with KOLs on contracts and campaign-related documents (signing, sending/receiving, storing, etc.).
- Work with brands/client for campaign-relates Documents Works (Providing Quotation Emails, Contracts, Acceptance Certificate, ….).
- Follow up on campaign progress to make sure KOLs post on time and with the right content.
- Support campaign reporting (track performance, capture posts, collect data, etc.).
- Do other tasks as assigned by the line manager/leader.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 3rd-year student or fresh graduate in Communications, Marketing, Ecommerce, PR, Business Administration, etc.
- Interested in working with KOLs, influencer marketing, and advertising/communication industry.
- Good time management, communication skills; proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn.
- Basic skills in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint.
- Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Experience working with KOLs or at an agency is a plus.

- Internship duration: 3 months; based on performance, the contract may be extended for further evaluation or promoted to Trainee level (6 months).
