Ecommerce Marketing Senior Executive

1. Platform Management (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki)

• Campaign Execution: Coordinate directly with platforms to submit and deploy banners, ensuring maximum visibility during Campaign Days (Mega Sales, Brand Days, etc.).

• Livestream Operations: Actively monitor ongoing platform livestreams and react in real-time to maximize engagement and performance.

• Affiliate Logistics: Manage the allocation of smartphone/product samples to platforms and platform-native creators for affiliate content.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor, track, and analyze revenue generated specifically from platform affiliate livestreams and onsite packages.

2. Agency Management (Performance & Production)

• Offsite Traffic: Lead performance marketing agencies to execute offsite campaigns that drive targeted traffic and sales back to our e-commerce stores.

• Offsite Affiliates: Direct agencies and external partners to continuously expand offsite affiliate marketing initiatives.

• Asset Production: Brief production agencies, follow up, and collect all necessary material assets (banners, visuals) required for platform campaigns.

3. Internal Collaboration & Reporting

• Financial & Metric Ownership: Control marketing spend against actual sales. Calculate and analyze key commercial metrics, specifically ROAS and CIR, to ensure optimal budget allocation.

• Stakeholder Reporting: Create and deliver concise weekly reports to stakeholders on campaign performance, media spend, and commercial insights.

• Brand Consistency: Collaborate with the internal Brand Team to ensure all campaign assets adhere strictly to brand guidelines.

• Experience: 2–5 years of E-commerce or Digital Marketing experience, specifically driving commercial sales on Shopee, Lazada, or Tiki.

• Platform Background: Direct working experience with e-commerce platforms (or coming directly from an e-commerce platform background) is a strong advantage.

• Analytical Expertise: Highly skilled in managing budgets, analyzing sales data, and calculating commercial performance metrics (ROAS, CIR).

• E-com Knowledge: Practical, hands-on understanding of e-commerce livestream mechanics and affiliate marketing ecosystems.

• Working Style: Capable of working independently to manage multiple agencies and cross-functional tasks simultaneously.

• Language: Professional proficiency in English is a must
