Ecommerce Manager

- Responsibilities
- Develop and execute eCommerce strategies across marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and D2C channels.
- Manage daily operations, product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaign execution.
- Plan and optimize digital marketing activities, including Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, livestreams, affiliate, and KOL/KOC campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance, GMV, conversion rate, ROAS, and other key business metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Warehouse, Logistics, Purchasing, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing eCommerce team.
- Manage budgets, prepare management reports, and provide business insights for strategic decision-making.

- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce, including at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website/D2C operations, and digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or Google Analytics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain within eCommerce is a plus.
- Good English communication is an advantage.
