E-Commerce Store Admin Cum Customer Service

Responsible for managing all e-commerce platforms, including order fulfillment, customer service, and product uploads. Manage and enhance the end-to-end customer experience across various channels and customer touchpoints.
Online order fulfillment
Process orders and schedule deliveries for various e-commerce channels (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, etc.) in a timely and accurate manner.
Follow up on product returns received from e-commerce channels.
Handle customer inquiries via online chat, email, and product Q&A platforms, including providing service recovery when necessary.
Resolve order-related issues (e.g., missing or damaged parcels) within the required lead times.
Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and prepare all necessary documents for processing and delivery.
Set up and manage websites and E-commerce
Manage and assist with updating/uploading product content, images, inventory, promotions, and pricing on e-commerce channels, ensuring that all information is up to date and inventory is well-stocked.
Manage and edit product descriptions and images for online platforms.
Assist with updates to the company’s e-commerce website.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on these insights.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Inventory report.
Cancel/ return order.
Sales report.
Transaction report.
Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience in the related field.
Strong hands-on experience with the E-commerce Marketplace Channel.
Attention to detail and good follow-up capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills English & Vietnamese.
