E-Commerce & Sales Operations Executive

- Turn interest into paid, fulfilled sales across every RICE product line. You run the online stores, keep the CRM and pipeline clean, and execute the outreach and follow-up that keep sales constant.
- Run the online stores. List and manage RICE merchandise, craftsman products and other lines; handle stock, pricing and orders.
- Manage bookings & orders. From enquiry to paid — product orders and tour bookings (with the travel-agency partner).
- Own the CRM day to day. Keep the pipeline, waitlist and follow-ups current within the unified structure.
- Execute sales-ops. Outreach and follow-up sequences so leads never go cold.
- Run promotions & listings. Optimise product pages, campaigns and marketplace listings to drive conversion.
- Handle fulfilment. Shipping, scheduling, and craftsman/supplier coordination.
- Track revenue & close the loop. Clean records per product line; gather reviews and photos to feed the next sale.
- Across the RICE ecosystem
- RICE merchandise: run the ecosystem merchandise store end to end.
- Craftsman products: the Content-to-Commerce product line from featured makers.
- RICE Tours: bookings, payments and post-tour follow-up.
- Other product lines: stand up and run e-commerce for new RICE products as the ecosystem grows.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience in e-commerce, online sales, or sales/marketing operations.
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Highly organised and reliable: The person who makes sure things actually ship and close.
- Comfortable with a CRM, spreadsheets, and payment/store tools.
- Service-minded and good with customers, partners and suppliers.
- Outreach, follow-up and admin efficiently.
- Working English and fluent Vietnamese: for foreign guests and local makers.
