E-Commerce & CRM Online MD Vietnam Subsidiary, Quản Lý Sàn Thương Mại Điện Tử & CRM Trực Tuyến

We are looking for an E-Commerce & CRM Online MD to manage an integrated O2O/CRM operation connecting our local flagship store in Vincom, Hanoi with online channels.

The role will focus on converting offline store visitors into online customers by building and managing customer databases through Zalo and driving repeat purchases through online channels such as TikTok Shop and Shopee.

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.1. E-Commerce Operations

• Onboard and operate stores on major Vietnamese e-commerce platforms,

including Shopee and TikTok Shop.

• Manage channel-level sales performance and plan monthly and seasonal

promotional campaigns.

• Manage TikTok Shop Livestream Commerce and coordinate KOL/KOC

and Affiliate activities.

• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across online

channels.

1.2. O2O & CRM Operations

• Plan and manage the process of converting offline store customers into

online buyers.

• Manage O2O customer acquisition and conversion using tools such as QR

codes and coupons.

• Manage customer relationships through CRM channels such as Zalo and

operate campaigns to drive repeat purchases.

• Manage customer reviews, customer service (CS), and Voice of Customer

(VOC).

1.3. Data Analysis

• Analyze sales, customer acquisition, traffic, and purchase conversion

data across different channels.

• Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including:

• GMV (Gross Merchandise Value)

• CVR (Conversion Rate)

• CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)

• ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

• Repeat Purchase Rate

• Develop recommendations for improving promotional campaigns and

operational strategies based on sales and customer data.

• 3+ years of experience as an E-Commerce MD managing Vietnamese e-commerce platforms, particularly TikTok Shop and Shopee.

• Strong ability to analyze sales and customer data.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Preferred: Ability to communicate in Korean for communication with the Korean headquarters and management.

• Experience operating TikTok Shop Livestream Commerce.

• Experience managing Vietnamese e-commerce operations from initial setup through sales scale-up.

• Experience operating Zalo Official Account (Zalo OA) and chatbot/CRM systems.

• Understanding of customer acquisition channel analysis using GA4 or UTM parameters.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience operating TikTok Shop Livestream Commerce.

• Experience managing Vietnamese e-commerce operations from initial setup through sales scale-up.

• Experience operating Zalo Official Account (Zalo OA) and chatbot/CRM systems.

• Understanding of customer acquisition channel analysis using GA4 or UTM parameters.
