The Doorman is responsible for delivering an exceptional arrival and departure experience for HAUS members and guests. Acting as the first and last point of contact, this role is integral to maintaining the club’s exclusivity, security, and warm atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Arrival Experience

• Welcome members and guests with discretion and professionalism.
• Open doors, offer assistance, and create a polished first impression.
• Recognise members and greet them by name when appropriate.

Access & Security

• Monitor the entrance and maintain access control.
• Work closely with reception and guest relations to ensure accurate guest entry.
• Support emergency procedures and ensure health & safety at the door.

Ambience & Brand Presence

• Maintain the immediate exterior and entrance areas to HAUS standards.
• Assist members with directions, transport, or guest arrangements.
• Provide a calm, confident presence throughout operating hours.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations discreetly.
