Arrival Experience
- Welcome members and guests with discretion and professionalism.
- Open doors, offer assistance, and create a polished first impression.
- Recognise members and greet them by name when appropriate.
Access & Security
- Monitor the entrance and maintain access control.
- Work closely with reception and guest relations to ensure accurate guest entry.
- Support emergency procedures and ensure health & safety at the door.
Ambience & Brand Presence
- Maintain the immediate exterior and entrance areas to HAUS standards.
- Assist members with directions, transport, or guest arrangements.
- Provide a calm, confident presence throughout operating hours.

- Experience in a guest-facing role within luxury hospitality or private clubs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional appearance.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations discreetly.
- Understanding of access control and basic safety procedures.
- High level of reliability and punctuality.
