Distribution Risk and Compliance Management Senior Specialist

• Monitor performance metrics and key risk indicators (KRIs) for assigned AD (Agency Distribution) business areas; perform basic trend analysis to spot irregular patterns, emerging risks, or early warning signals.

• Assist in preparing AD sales quality review reports at PVA, ensuring that findings and recommendations are aligned with internal policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Support the evaluation of control design and operating effectiveness including but not limited to AD processes, ROP; carry out process reviews to identify control gaps and propose areas for enhancement.

• Help identify risk exposures within the AD channel and contribute to risk assessment activities; under supervision, recommend practical mitigation actions tailored to PVA's operating environment.

• Observe sales practices and risk management routines within AD; maintain accurate issue logs and escalate significant findings to the line manager in a timely manner.

• Work closely with AD sales teams to follow up on open issues, agreed corrective actions, and implementation milestones.

• Track outstanding findings and ensure agreed action plans are closed within target timelines. Support discussions with AD sales teams to clarify findings and reach alignment on remediation steps.

• Contribute to ad-hoc reviews, projects, and strategic initiatives across PVA and AD as assigned.

Qualifications / Bằng cấp

• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistic or related fields

• Experiences in related industries such as banking, insurance, accounting, auditing or consulting are not required but a plus

Knowledge and skill / Kiến thức và kỹ năng

• Detailed oriented and can think out-of-the-box

• Intermediate skill in spreadsheets, data analysis, SQL, Power BI, etc.
