Job Purpose

Drive end-to-end solutioning and delivery for bancassurance initiatives by bridging Business and Technology.

Manage change activities after product launch, including communication, adoption support, and post-launch stabilization.

Job Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Problem Framing l Phân tích nghiệp vụ & xác định vấn đề

• Work with Banca, Sales, Ops, Marketing to understand business objectives

Làm việc với các bên Banca, Kinh doanh, Vận hành, Marketing để hiểu mục tiêu kinh doanh

• Analyze customer journey and identify pain points

Phân tích hành trình khách hàng và xác định các điểm nghẽn

• Challenge and refine requirements to ensure feasibility and impact

Chủ động phản biện và tinh chỉnh yêu cầu để đảm bảo tính khả thi và hiệu quả

Expected deliverables: Clearly documented business objectives, customer journey pain points, prioritized problem statements, and refined requirements agreed with relevant stakeholders.

2. Requirement Documentation l Tài liệu yêu cầu

• Prepare Business requirement

Xây dựng tài liệu nhu cầu kinh doanh

• Develop process flows

Xây dựng sơ đồ quy trình

• Ensure requirements are clear and implementable

Expected deliverables: Complete business requirement documents, process flows, and implementation-ready requirement packages with clear acceptance criteria and stakeholder sign-off.

3. Stakeholder Bridging l Kết nối các bên liên quan

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications

Chuyển đổi yêu cầu kinh doanh thành đặc tả kỹ thuật

• Communicate constraints, trade-offs, and timelines

Truyền đạt các ràng buộc, đánh đổi và timeline

• Align stakeholders across Business, IT, and Partners

Expected deliverables: Technical specification inputs, agreed trade-off decisions, aligned timelines, and documented stakeholder agreements across Business, IT, and partners.

4. Project Management & Delivery Ownership l Quản lý dự án & điều phối triển khai

• Define project scope, timeline, and milestones

Xác định phạm vi, timeline và các mốc chính của dự án

• Track end-to-end delivery from requirement to go-live

Theo dõi tiến độ end-to-end từ yêu cầu đến go-live

• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies

Nhận diện và giảm thiểu rủi ro, phụ thuộc

• Manage stakeholder communication and project updates

Quản lý truyền thông và cập nhật tiến độ dự án

• Control scope changes and assess impact

Kiểm soát thay đổi phạm vi và đánh giá tác động

• Coordinate UAT, go-live readiness, and issue resolution

Điều phối UAT, chuẩn bị go-live và xử lý sự cố

Expected deliverables: Approved project scope, integrated delivery plan, milestone tracker, risk and dependency log, change impact assessment, UAT readiness checklist, go-live plan, and regular project status updates.

5. UAT & Implementation l Kiểm thử và triển khai

• Define test scenarios and support UAT execution

Xây dựng kịch bản kiểm thử và hỗ trợ UAT

• Ensure defect resolution before go-live

Đảm bảo xử lý lỗi trước khi triển khai

• Support go-live and post-launch stabilization

Hỗ trợ go-live và ổn định hệ thống sau triển khai

Expected deliverables: UAT test scenarios, defect tracker, sign-off status, go-live readiness confirmation, post-launch issue log, and stabilization report.

Kết quả kỳ vọng: Kịch bản UAT, danh sách lỗi cần theo dõi, trạng thái sign-off, xác nhận sẵn sàng go-live, danh sách vấn đề sau triển khai và báo cáo ổn định sau go-live.

6. Continuous Improvement l Cải tiến liên tục

• Perform Change management plan

Thực hiện kế hoạch Quản lý sự thay đổi

• Monitor performance metrics

Theo dõi các chỉ số hiệu quả

• Propose enhancements to improve CX and efficiency

Đề xuất cải tiến để nâng cao trải nghiệm khách hàng và hiệu quả vận hành

Expected deliverables: Change management plan, performance dashboard or tracking report, post-launch improvement recommendations, and prioritized enhancement backlog to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Finance, Banking, Insurance or related fields.

• Project Management Professional certification is an advantage.

• Scrum or other Agile certifications are an advantage.
