Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to lead our online visibility, social presence, and search discovery efforts. In this role, you will manage our web ecosystem alongside external agency partners, lead both paid and organic multi-channel campaigns, and ensure modern search readiness across traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Search & AI Optimization (SEO / GEO): Continuously monitor and improve organic Google search rankings through content refreshes, technical recommendations, and on-page optimization. Optimize site structure and content to ensure high visibility across AI chatbots and answer engines (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity).

- Website Management & Agency Coordination: Oversee ongoing website updates, layout adaptations, and landing page performance in collaboration with external web development and design agencies.

- Social Media Strategy & Execution: Plan, design, and publish high-impact organic content and targeted paid ad campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Drive qualified digital lead generation through the website, Google Ads, targeted campaigns, and email marketing. Maintain accurate CRM lead records, coordinate seamless lead handovers with the Sales team, and track key pipeline metrics including conversion rates, cost per lead (CPL), and follow-up status.

- Integrated Campaign Alignment: Synchronize digital campaigns with broader offline, trade, and brand marketing initiatives to maintain a unified brand voice and maximize overall customer acquisition.

- CRM & Email Marketing: Maintain CRM-based mailing activities, manage segmented email nurture flows, and monitor open and click-through rates to advance leads through the sales funnel.

- Analytics, KPI & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (organic traffic, rankings, conversion rates, ROAS, and engagement). Prepare monthly KPI reports and present actionable performance insights to management.

- Marketing Materials & POSM Coordination: Coordinate the creation, adaptation, and timely delivery of POSM and other marketing collateral, ensuring clear briefs, correct product information, brand consistency, and stakeholder approval.

- Other tasks assigned by manager.

- Language: Native or near-native English fluency (written and spoken) with strong copywriting skills.

- Experience: minimum 4 years in digital marketing, social media management, or content-driven growth roles.

- Technical Familiarity: Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify), Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and Meta Ads Manager / LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

- Modern Search Knowledge: Solid grasp of on-page/technical SEO fundamentals and familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO/AEO) principles.

- Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to manage third-party agencies and work across cross-functional marketing teams
