Digital Marketing Executive

HRGlobal is looking for a Marketing Executive (Digital & Growth) to support the execution and growth of our brand presence across Web3 blockchain, and talent communities.
This position will execute HRGlobal's digital marketing efforts to grow brand visibility, expand reach, and generate inbound leads across all social media platform, leveraging both organic and paid strategies to establish HRGlobal as the go-to Web3 talent brand in Vietnam.
You will work closely with the TA & Branding Executive to execute campaigns, manage content distribution, grow engagement, and support lead generation across multiple platforms.
This is an ideal role for someone who is highly proactive, digitally savvy, understands internet culture and social media trends, and wants to grow within the Web3 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Growth (Main focus)

• Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, both organic and paid, to grow HRGlobal's platforms, including visibility, followers, and inbound leads.
• Run and optimize paid social campaigns, Facebook/LinkedIn /X ads, to boost reach, followers, and inbound leads
• Monitor, analyze, report on content performance metrics, and propose improvements based on data.
• Identify organic distribution opportunities, community seeding, partner tagging, hashtag strategy, posting time optimization.
• Find the most effective channels and tactics to reach target audiences

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow HRGlobal's presence across Facebook Fanpage, Facebook Group, LinkedIn, and X
• Publish content consistently according to the content calendar

Content Creation & Management

• Write, edit, and proofread social media posts and short-form content in Vietnamese and English
• Repurpose content across platforms, same message, adapted tone and format per channel

Community & Partnership Support

• Grow HRGlobal's online communities and visibility within Vietnam's Web3 ecosystem
• Support co-marketing with partners, universities, events, and industry communities

Requirements

Must-Have

• 2-4 years of experience in Marketing.
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media building, you've grown accounts, built content calendars, and driven real engagement metrics, not just posted occasionally
• Strong written English, you can write confidently for both regional and international audiences
• Proven ability to create content for a professional, B2B audience, LinkedIn-native thinking, not just viral/entertainment content
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, early-stage environments — you build the playbook, you don't wait for one
• Experience with AI content tools is a strong plus (ChatGPT, Claude, Kling AI, etc.)
• Comfortable working without a fully defined playbook, able to figure things out, take initiative, and adapt quickly

Salary & Benefits

• Salary range: Up to 16,000,000++ VND/month (negotiable based on skills & portfolio).
• Lunch allowance after signing the official contract (700.000 VNĐ/month)
