DevOps Engineer - Up To 40M - Over 2YoE

• Design, implement, and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) for the deployment of backend source packages, Docker containers, and microservices.
• Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, optimal system performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain and optimize reverse proxies, load balancers (Nginx), and CDN/edge networking solutions (Cloudflare) for optimal traffic routing.
• Implement network security policies, including firewall configurations, access control lists, and secure whitelisting protocols.

• Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure bottlenecks across application layers, proxy configurations, and database connection pools.
• Collaborate with developers and QA to optimize system architecture, ensuring smooth integration and high-frequency software delivery.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps, ideally within a SaaS, gaming, or high-traffic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
• Solid experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc.).
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Proficiency in managing GCP cloud services, including cost control and scaling strategies. Familiarity with AWS and Azure is a plus.
• Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, and system performance tuning.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across teams.
• Good English communication.
