DEPUTY GENERAL DIRECTOR | COO - NON-FERROUS METALS

About the Company

Our client is a local company with nearly 30 years of experience in the Non-Ferrous Metals industry, with key products including copper, aluminum, and steel.

The company supplies raw materials to the supply chains of major FDI companies across industries such as aerospace, semiconductors, automotive, electronics, medical equipment, and precision engineering.

With a strong business foundation and a high-quality customer base, the company is entering a new stage of growth and transformation, focusing on improving operational efficiency, expanding the market, and building a sustainable management model.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the CEO as a key member of the executive team, taking responsibility for revenue, profit, and overall performance of the revenue-generating functions.

Develop and execute growth plans, including market expansion, new FDI customer development, and new business opportunities.

Manage and optimize the product portfolio, revenue, and profit margins.

Oversee the full operation across Sales – Production/Processing – Purchasing – Warehouse – Logistics, ensuring capacity, quality, and on-time delivery.

Develop and improve S&OP, balancing sales demand with production and supply capacity.

Optimize inventory and working capital to improve the use of company resources.

Review and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and strengthen coordination across functions.

Lead and develop the senior management team, building a strong results-oriented culture.

Work closely with Finance, HR, and IT to improve overall business performance.

Support the identification and evaluation of M&A and investment opportunities in line with the company's growth strategy.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree or above; MBA or senior management training is a plus.

• 10–15 years of experience in distribution, manufacturing, or industrial B2B business.

• Previous experience as a Deputy General Director / CEO / COO or in a similar senior management role.

• Proven experience in P&L management at company level.

• Experience in a company with 500+ employees, preferably with manufacturing operations or factories.

• Experience in Non-Ferrous Metals (copper, aluminum), steel, industrial materials, or B2B manufacturing serving FDI customers is preferred.

• Strong track record in business growth, market expansion, and operational improvement.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop senior managers and work effectively across functions.

• Fluent English, with the ability to work effectively in an international business environment.

• Experience in M&A / investment is a plus.
