Job Purpose or Summary

Calculating demand, generating purchase orders, following up on vendor deliveries, and optimizing inventory for stores and the distribution center (DC).

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and execute purchasing activities, ensuring timely vendor deliveries.
• Monitor and track order progress to maintain supply continuity.
• Allocate inventory based on pharmacy demand and validate forecasts from the Relex system.
• Analyze product performance in line with market trends and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Ensure target fill rate and continuously optimize inventory levels for stores and the distribution center (DC).
• Prepare and maintain operational and performance reports.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• College graduate in Economics, Foreign Trade, Logistics.
• 1-year experience working in purchasing field.
• MS office (basic excel skills, word, PowerPoint).
• Carefully, Negotiate skills, Communication skills.
