Dealers Operation Support staff

- Follow up, support, and drive dealer programs and key FY26 Aftersales Division projects to achieve business plan (BP) targets.

- Conduct regular dealer visits to monitor operations and identify improvement opportunities in organization, facilities, and staff competencies.

- Support dealers in certification activities, new dealer setup, dealer standard implementation, and related projects.

- Manage and monitor dealer activities and standard service process implementation.

- Ensure dealer compliance with aftersales policies, standards, and procedures, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry; experience in dealership operations or aftersales service is preferred.

- Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and - PowerPoint).

- Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel regularly for business trips.

- Having B2 driving license is preferred.
