Dealer Audit Senior Staff (HCM)

- Quarterly vehicle sales audit & SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) evaluation for South areas to maintain facility and sales efficiency.

• Education: University graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or Automotive Engineering.

• Experience:

o Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, dealer audit, dealer operation within the automotive or heavy equipment industry.

• Skills:

o Critical thinking with strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.

o Excellent communication, negotiation skills.

o Proficient in English for communication and work (TOEIC 550)
