Sales Support Staff (Open for Fresh)

1. Why We Need You (Mission & Purpose)

Hino Motors Vietnam (HMV) - leading truck manufacturer in Vietnam is looking for a Sales Support Staff to support internal sales activities and dealer operation in the North.

2. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Visit dealers with the Sales team when required to collect information and support business activities.

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

• Support dealer payment programs and maintain related records in the company's system.

• Coordinate with dealers and internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Assist dealers with required documents for bidding projects.

• Update sales information and prepare reports for the Sales Department.

• Support company projects and other administrative tasks assigned by the Managers.

Yêu cầu công việc

3.1 Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics and related fields.

3.2 Experience: Prefer candidates with minimum 2 years in Sales / Dealer Support, especially in automotive or commercial vehicle industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with on the job training by Managers.

3.3 Skills:

• Excellent communication, analytical, back-office skills.

• English proficiency: TOEIC 500+ or equivalent.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel data analysis, power point.

• Personal Attributes: Result-oriented, proactive, customer-focused.
