Data Analyst (3 Năm Kinh Nghiệm)

• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to identify requirements for dashboards and reports.
• Communicate effectively with Beyondsoft’s offshore team in Shanghai, China to report the progress and status of the projects.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI to track traffic and other business metrics on daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Analyze data and extract insights to help business team make better strategic decisions.
• Troubleshoot report refresh failures and apply timely remediation.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field. 
• 3 years+ experience in work related to data analysis.
• Familiar with databases, especially SQL Server, skilled in SQL programming.
• Strong experience with Power BI, skills in other visualization tools (like Tableau) are acceptable.
• Strong Python skills with experience in ETL and/or AI (Copilot, Github, GPT, Claude Opus, Claude Sonnet, MCP)
• Fluent English is a must, able to work and communicate with China or US team.
