D365 Technical Consultant (Finance & Operations)

Design and develop customizations, extensions, and integrations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations following best practices and coding standardsImplement solutions using X++, extensions framework, and D365 F&O development patternsDevelop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, OData, Data Management Framework (DMF), and Azure servicesBuild and enhance workflows, batch jobs, SSRS reports, and system functionalitiesDesign and implement end-to-end integrations between D365 F&O and external systemsUtilize Azure technologies such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and API ManagementSupport data migration, data validation, and data reconciliation during implementation and upgrade phasesEnsure scalable and secure architecture design aligned with enterprise standardsWork closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutionsParticipate in solution architecture design, code reviews, and technical discussionsSupport testing cycles including unit testing, SIT, and UATAssist in release management, deployment pipelines, and environment configurationTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Dev, Test, and Production environmentsMonitor system performance, batch jobs, and integrations, proposing optimization improvementsPrepare technical documentation, code artifacts, and knowledge transfer materialsProvide post-go-live support and continuous system enhancement

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations developmentProficiency in X++, extensions, and Dynamics 365 development tools (Visual Studio, LCS)Experience with Data Management Framework (DMF)Experience with OData and REST APIsExperience with Azure integration servicesUnderstanding of Dynamics 365 security, performance tuning, and deployment processesKnowledge of SQL Server and data modeling3+ years of experience as a Technical Consultant or Developer on Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 F&O projectsExperience working on at least one full-cycle ERP implementation is preferredFamiliarity with Agile or DevOps-based delivery models
