Job Responsibilities | Mô tả công việc
Prepare and submit the Annual Customs Finalization Report (CFR) accurately and on time.
Lập và nộp Báo cáo quyết toán Hải quan (BCQT) chính xác, đúng hạn.
Work directly with Customs authorities during post-clearance audits.
Làm việc trực tiếp với cơ quan Hải quan khi có kiểm tra sau thông quan.
Review and reconcile import–export–inventory data with relevant departments.
Kiểm tra, đối chiếu và tổng hợp số liệu nhập – xuất – tồn từ các bộ phận liên quan.
Perform customs declaration via VNACCS/ECUS and ensure full compliance.
Thực hiện khai báo trên hệ thống VNACCS/ECUS, đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định.
Update new import–export regulations and support internal compliance control.
Cập nhật chính sách XNK mới và hỗ trợ kiểm soát tuân thủ nội bộ.
Requirements | Yêu cầu
College degree or above in Foreign Trade, Import–Export or related majors.
Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành Ngoại thương/XNK hoặc liên quan.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Customs, preferably in manufacturing/processing companies.
Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm về Hải quan, ưu tiên doanh nghiệp sản xuất/gia công.
Hands-on experience in e-customs & Customs Finalization Report.
Có kinh nghiệm thực tế về e-customs & báo cáo quyết toán.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
Thành thạo MS Office (đặc biệt Excel).
Basic English communication skills.
Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản.
Careful, responsible, able to work under pressure.
Cẩn thận, trách nhiệm, chịu được áp lực công việc.
