- Have a comprehensive understanding of the products or services offered by the organization.
- Address customer inquiries, process requests for order adjustments, and meticulously record issues or concerns for subsequent email communication.
- Collaborate with team members and various departments to update customers on order status and address any issues related to order placement and shipping.
- Follow up on invalid orders, providing customers with updates on order status, addressing missing information, and resolving issues related to stocking and delivery.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries through effective follow-up.
- Working time:
- Work according to the assigned shift.
- Work at the office during the training period (approximately 1 month).
- Current working hours: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM.

- Good written English for customer communication and email support.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to accurately handle customer and order information.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work well independently and with the team.
- Able to work the assigned shift: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM.
- Willing to work at the office during the training period (approximately 1 month).
- Previous experience in Customer Service or E-commerce is an advantage but not required.
