CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORTER - HO CHI MINH

JOB DESCRIPTION
Receive and process shipments from booking to making documents.
Advise and support customers to resolve arising issues until the goods are delivered to the receiver
Job details will be discussed during the interview.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years of experience in the same position as Customer Service & Documents in the Shipping/Forwarder industry.
Having a good communication.
Able to withstand work pressure, can support customers after hours when arising.
Having a good English knowledge.
