Customer Service Staff (English) - Income 10 - 15 Million/Month

Receive and process customer requests via phone, email, chat and text messages.
Support customers with issues related to the following areas: travel, banking, e-commerce, airline tickets, etc.Provide accurate information about products/services, policies, terms of use.
Guide customers to handle changes, refunds/cancellations of services, complaints.
Ensure the best customer experience, respond quickly and professionally.
Update special situations to management when necessary.
Work in one of the following languages: English, Japanese, Korean or Chinese, depending on the assigned project.

Candidate requirementsHigh school graduate or higher.
Proficiency in one of the following languages:+English - Projects on travel, airline tickets, banking. (Nightshift 24/7)+Japanese (N1/N2)- E-commerce projects.
Ability to use office computers (Email, Excel, Word) and work on multiple systems at the same time.
Good communication skills, flexible situation handling.
