Customer Service Staff (Air Freight) (Up to 16M Vnd/month) Immediate Availability Preferred

- Be in charge of air export/import shipments to take care well of customers as being assigned

- Having experience in checking price and space

- Prefer who has relationship with Shipping line/ Agent, airlines or co-load agents

- Be responsible for implementing processes involved in a logistic operation and liaise with a variety of parties, including oversea partner/ customs broker/ customs authorities/ customers and airline, coload agent to handle export shipments smoothly to ensure cont has being catch airline cutting time.

- Update oversea partners / customers “updated information” of the cargo

- To avoid or reduce cost whenever possible - Resolve the matter appear when cargo have damaged

- Issue the debit note for Customer/ Overseas agent

- Daily update data to system and Customers

- Other duties assigned by Managers & Director.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor degree in economics or related fields.

- Female is preffered

- At least 2 years experience in import-export field, prefer candidate already have experience to work with Shipping line/ Agent, airlines or co-load agents

- Experience in handling export /import shipments

- Good English is a plus

- Self-motivated, dedicated and hard working

- Good negotiation and communication;

- Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office.

- Able to work under high pressure and team work
