CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handling of customer enquiries and requests professionally to maximize customers’ satisfaction.
- Receiving booking information, verifying and creating booking in system, Updating & Sending Booking Acknowledge to customer within timeframe. Amend Booking as customer’s requirement.
- Verify documents of special cargo (DG/OOG/Flexbag).
- Drawing & update monthly schedule. Change notice of changed schedule to customer.
- Verify certificate to issue to customers.
- Handle COD/Return.
- Verify/Update Customer Profile in the system.
- Verify with customers for issues concerned under their shipments.
- Follow connecting vessel at transit port.
- On duty list after working hours to check export list with ports.
- Other Task required by manager

- University graduated in relevant field.
- Hardworking, proactive and teamwork spirit.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Language: Good command of English and Chinese.
