Customer Service Executive - English Line (Night Shift)

Provide guidance and support to foreign customers regarding clinic services such as operating hours, treatment costs, medical procedures, appointment booking, etc. via hotline channels.
Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding clinic services when necessary.
Confirm and arrange appointment schedules with customers.
Maintain and update customer information in the clinic system accurately and according to schedule.
Regularly observe customer feedback and contribute ideas to improve customer service quality.
Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

Good typing skills and proficiency in office software.
At least 6 months of experience in customer serviceClear speaking voice with neutral accent.
Good English communication skills.
Willingness to learn new things and adapt quickly to new environments.
Strong sense of responsibility and customer-oriented mindset.
