JOB DESCRIPTION

● Customer Support: Handle and resolve all customer inquiries via phone, email, text messages, and social media.

● Service Excellence: Resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive service experience.

● Remote Assistant Services: Provide remote translation assistance to customers.

● Feedback Loop: Proactively contact customers and collect feedback to improve service systems.

● Process Improvement: Participate in building and refining customer service knowledge bases and contribute suggestions to optimize operational workflows.

● Nhận và giải đáp tất cả yêu cầu từ khách hàng qua điện thoại, email, facebook... thông qua điện thoại, email, text message,...

● Giải quyết các vấn đề của khách hàng, cung cấp thông tin chính xác và đảm bảo trải nghiệm dịch vụ tích cực.

● Cung cấp dịch vụ trợ lý dịch thuật từ xa cho khách hàng

● Chủ động liên hệ, ghi nhận ý kiến phản hồi từ khách hàng để giúp cải thiện hệ thống dịch vụ.

● Tham gia xây dựng và hoàn thiện kiến thức nghiệp vụ chăm sóc khách hàng, đóng góp ý kiến để hoàn thiện quy trình hoạt động của bộ phận.

● Night Shift Availability: Capable and willing to work night shifts (21:00 – 06:00).

● Data Management: Meticulous with information and data; capable of tracking progress and reporting.

● Independence: Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

● Experience: * No prior experience is required; professional training will be provided.

○ Experience in Customer Service/Telesales or B2B sales is a plus.

○ Previous night shift experience is a significant advantage.
