Junior/fresher Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

● Process Analysis & Optimization: Conduct surveys and analyze current workflows to propose AI/Automation solutions for performance enhancement.

● AI Trend Monitoring: Proactively stay updated on emerging AI technologies and experiment with new tools (e.g., LLMs, Generative AI for Video/Image).

● AI Implementation: Utilize AI to support data analysis, brainstorming, drafting, debugging, content optimization, documentation, coding assistance, design support, and decision-making.

● Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for processes, prompts, workflows, and user manuals to ensure replicability across departments.

● Performance Monitoring: Track post-implementation metrics, such as time saved, number of automated steps, output quality, error rates, and internal user satisfaction

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS (FRESHER WELCOME):

● Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Economics, Commerce, or related fields.

● Core Skills: Proficient in business analysis, process modeling, and technical documentation.

● Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-breaking skills and a passion for process optimization.

● Adaptability: Ability to learn new tools rapidly.

● AI Literacy: Solid foundational knowledge of LLMs (GPT, Gemini, Claude) beyond simple Q&A—used as an assistant for learning and work.

● Critical Thinking: Capable of validating and evaluating AI outputs; does not rely solely on AI.

● Self-Learning: Strong aptitude for self-research, experimentation, and process documentation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (BONUS POINTS):

● Experience with AI image/video generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, VEO3).

● Passion for gaming and technology is a significant advantage.

● Basic knowledge of programming languages: C++, JavaScript, or Python.

● Familiarity with automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) or similar tools.

● Proficiency in Figma for creating mockups.
