Customer Service

• As the primary point of contact for customers on the order management, compliance, quality, and after-sales service

• Oversee the coordination and management of timelines, quality expectations, and customer feedback.

• Monitor orders, ensuring on-time processing, production, and delivery through proactive planning and problem-solving.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (production, design, QA, logistics, etc.) to ensure customer requirements and expectations are consistently met.

• Manage pre-shipment inspections and quality control alignment between internal teams and customers to maintain product and brand standards.

• Preparation of compliance documentation, including necessary certifications and legal requirements.

• Review and submit final packaging materials such as carton layouts, artwork (AI), labeling, and branding elements in collaboration with the design team and customer.

• Contribute to continuous process improvements and cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Prepare Reporting, turnover, and order status reviews.

• Team coordination, workflow management, and mentoring.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in dealing with customers directly.

• Good with Microsoft Office, database management.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

• Proven experience in managing international customer accounts, preferably in the furniture or home goods industry.

• Knowledge of upholstered furniture production, quality assurance, and export processes is strongly preferred.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the furniture industry.
