Customer Experience & Product Support

1. Customer Experience & Product Demonstration

• Welcome and engage customers and partners visiting Canon Business Space and other Canon activities.

• Facilitate product demonstrations and hands-on experiences of Canon imaging products and solutions.

• Provide professional product consultation and customer support to ensure positive customer experience.

• Support customer inquiries, product registration, and related customer service activities.

2. Customer Engagement, Lead Generation and sales conversion

• Generate leads and gather customer insights through Canon activities, events, and engagement programs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.

• Convert qualified leads to sales opportunities and contributes to sales achievement.

3. Event, Workshop, Livestream & Community Support

• Plan & Execute workshops, training classes, product launches, livestreams, podcasts, community events and customer engagement activities.

4. Equipment & Facility Management

• Coordinate equipment loans following Mar-com team requests for customers, KOLs, agencies, and business partners.

• Manage and maintain equipment to ensure it remains organized, fully operational, and ready for customer activities and events.

• Support the daily operation and maintenance of Canon Business Space, including demo and livestream areas.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Photography, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 5-6 years of relevant working experience.

• Strong interest and knowledge in photography, videography, and camera systems.

• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of spoken & written English.

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to engage professionally with customers and partners.

• Organized, proactive, and detail oriented.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, and travel for events when required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
