- Own technology strategy, architecture, scalability, security, and infrastructure.
- Lead development of AI/LLM-powered products, AI agents, personalization, and intelligent automation.
- Stay hands-on: architecture review, technical decisions, prototyping, and solving critical engineering problems.
- Build, recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing Engineering & AI team.
- Partner closely with CEO and Product to turn business opportunities into technology solutions.
- Drive AI-native engineering practices and improve development speed and quality.
- Prepare the platform for global expansion and millions of users.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 10+ years in software engineering / technology, with strong leadership experience.
- Experience as CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong hands-on background in system architecture and modern cloud technologies.
- Proven experience building products from 0→1 and scaling 1→10.
- Strong understanding of AI/LLM, AI agents, RAG, and AI-native product development.
- Startup / high-growth experience.
- Experience building and developing engineering teams.
- EdTech, Consumer AI, SaaS, Parenting Tech, or similar experience is a strong plus
