CS & Document Staff (Japanese Logistics Company)

- Getting booking from Carrier/ Coloader (Lấy Booking từ hãng tàu / Coloader ).
- Receiving and solving all requests from Customer, oversea agent & related sections (Tiếp nhận và giải quyết mọi yêu cầu từ khách hàng, đại lý và các bên liên quan)
- Issuing Draft HB/L through system. (Phát hành HB/L thông qua hệ thống của cty)
- Submitting SI + VGM to Carrier. (Gửi chi tiết lô hàng cho hãng tàu, ... )
- Submitting AFR/AMS/ACI -ISF. (Truyền dữ liệu cho hàng đi Nhật, Mỹ, EU, ... )
- Sending D/I to Overseas Agent. (Gửi chứng từ lô hàng cho đại lý)
- Issuing debit notes / Invoice to Customer or related party (Phát hành debit note và hóa đơn thu tiền khách hàng hoặc các bên liên quan)
- Collect Customer payment. (Theo dõi thanh toán của khách hàng)
- Tracing / updating sailing schedule of shipment to related party (Theo dõi lịch tàu và cập nhật cho các bên liên quan.)
- Follow up on the ISO and SOP in daily jobs. (Giám sát việc thực hiện quy trình ISO và SOP hàng ngày)
- Candidate must possess Bachelor/ College Degree of International Business/ Foreign Trade/ Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Transportation/ Import & Export or equivalent.
- 1-2 years experience in related field.
- Fast learner with solid knowledge of ocean freight documentation issuance and handling.
- Communication in English (written and oral)
- Ability to work under pressure, high responsibility.
- Computer Skill, Time Management Skills
