- Credit Card Product Policy
- Own and continuously improve credit card product policies across the customer lifecycle.
- Define and optimize policies covering:
- Customer eligibility and segmentation.
- Credit application and underwriting.
- Credit scoring and decision rules.
- Credit limits and limit assignment.
- Line increase/decrease policies.
- Credit Risk Management
- Monitor and manage credit risk across the credit card portfolio.
- Establish appropriate risk thresholds, approval strategies, and portfolio controls.
- Product & Portfolio Optimization
- Develop strategies to improve customer acquisition while maintaining acceptable risk.
- Conduct portfolio segmentation and develop differentiated strategies for different customer groups.
- Provide regular portfolio performance reviews and recommendations for credit limit management and risk mitigation during customer lifecycle.
- Cross-functional work
- Partner closely with Credit Risk to ensure alignment between product strategy and risk appetite.
- Work with Data/Analytics teams to develop actionable portfolio insights.
- Collaborate with Operations, Collections, Compliance, Legal, and IT to implement product and policy changes.
- Lead cross-functional projects from policy design through implementation and post-launch monitoring.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 02 - 05 years of relevant experience in credit cards, consumer lending, retail banking, fintech lending, or related financial services.
- Have experience of managing credit policies.
- Experience managing or optimizing a consumer credit portfolio is highly preferred.
- Experience working with credit bureau data, credit scoring, decision engines, or risk models is a strong advantage.
