CREATIVE GRAPHIC DESIGNER

PPP Laser Clinic is a pioneer in premium medical aesthetics. We are currently undergoing a Strategic Switch: moving from a purely 'Clinical & Polished' image to one that is 'Authentic, Human, and Sophisticated.' We need a designer who doesn't just 'execute' but 'elevates'—someone who can take complex medical USPs and turn them into glamorous, aspirational visual stories.
Core Responsibilities
Conceptual Design: Develop high-impact visual concepts for integrated campaigns (Social, Web, and In-Clinic). You must be able to move beyond literal 'Before & Afters' to create artistic metaphors for beauty and skin health.
AI-Empowered Workflow: We value efficiency. You are expected to seamlessly integrate AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, etc.) into your workflow to speed up prototyping, background generation, and high-end skin retouching while maintaining a natural, authentic look.
Social Storytelling: Create platform-specific content that stops the scroll. You understand the difference between the 'Polished Luxury' of Instagram and the 'High-Energy Authenticity' of TikTok.
Brand Guardianship: Master the PPP aesthetic. You will ensure that every asset—from a 15-second ad to a premium gift voucher—reflects our status as a market leader in luxury medical care.
Collaborative Innovation: Work directly with the Creative Director to translate performance data into design iterations that drive higher ROAS and engagement.
Required Expertise & Skills
Creativity (The Non-Negotiable): A portfolio that demonstrates original thought, sophisticated layout skills, and a 'Golden Eye' for luxury aesthetics.
AI Utility: Practical experience using AI to solve creative bottlenecks and enhance image quality.
Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
Consumer Psychology: An understanding of visual hierarchy and how to guide a customer's eye toward a Call-to-Action (CTA) without compromising the premium feel.
