Cost Accounting Specialist (Manufacturing, $800, ID 21415)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Cost Accounting Specialist (Manufacturing, $800, ID 21415):
- Take ownership of capturing, monitoring, and consolidating all cost components incurred throughout the production cycle of semi-finished and finished goods.
- Direct and supervise inventory movements, including raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and final product items.
- Execute product cost calculations, measure material variance, and audit compliance against established technical-economic consumption norms.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses on cost trends and structural changes across production periods.
- Contribute to optimizing, upgrading, and standardizing accounting entry workflows on the corporate ERP architecture and financial systems.
- Partner with factory management and operational teams to ensure indirect costs and factory overheads are allocated accurately and logically.
- Address ad-hoc financial and data requests under the direction of the immediate supervisor.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Female. Under 40 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or equivalent disciplines.
- Work Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in an identical capacity within the manufacturing sector.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software setups, enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, and heavy data processing using MS Excel.
- Language Proficiency: Capable of utilizing professional English for daily working communication and generating technical financial reports when requested.
- Core Competencies: Strong numerical aptitude, structural analytical skills, and absolute precision regarding financial data reporting.
