Corporate Officer - Corporate Banking Department, Head Office

We are looking for candidates with interest in two following sections at Corporate Banking Department, Head Office:

Product Development:

- Analyze competition of Banking products on the market, to position IVB’s products and develop product strategy for IVB.

- Prepare annual plan of Banking product development and to track periodically the review of plan performance.

- Research, design, manage and develop corporate products and services.

- Coordinate with relative Divisions/Departments to launch new products and services.

- Standardize system of existing products, and to evaluate periodically the suitability, competitiveness and efficiency of products, while satisfying customer’s demand and the market.

- Organize the training for products and services to Business units.

- Be responsible for the efficiency of products and services and to propose the appropriate solution if needed.

- Develop fee tariff, interest rate related to products and services.

- Support Business units in product promotion.

- Collect feedback from customer, branches on products.

- Propose solutions to develop the competition capacity and effectiveness of products.

- Other tasks as assigned by management level.

Sales Boost/Promotion:

- Support to launch, develop business and partnership in Corporate Banking (CB)

- Prepare the training program on CB business strategy, business plan, business tools and to train directly to sale team and managers in order to develop skills and quality of sale team

- Support and cooperate with Business units to launch and perform business plan monthly/quarterly/yearly.

- Propose guarantee credit transactions & other related to transactions (if any)

- Develop regulations, programs for CB sale stimulation, policies for specific customer group from time to time, and promote to all business units.

- Develop program for CB card sale stimulation/promotional programs, policies in order to support CB card sale development.

- Research strengths, weaknesses and particular points of each area/province/city in order to coordinate with CB Product development section to develop products and services satisfying to regional customers’ demand

- Be the centralized unit to receive feedbacks of customers, business staff and business units. To support Business units to provide CB products and services to customers.

- Develop and manage programs linked with partners in order to develop CB business. Develop and organize customer and partnership conference...

- Report monthly/quarterly/yearly the result of business development for CB sector.

- Support Business units to promote policies, programs of CB business development

- Collect feedbacks from customer, branches on policies, programs of CB business development.

- Propose solutions to develop the effectiveness of policies, programs of CB business development.

- Other tasks as assigned by management level.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Male/ Female with Bachelor degree of banking, finance, economics or equivalent

- Good knowledge on Banking products and services

- Highly good in analysis, synthesis and statistics

- Skills of presentation, communication, team work

- Ability to analyze, to evaluate the ability of problematical debt recovery.

- Professional sale skills

- Experience: At least 2 years working experiences in product development (deposit, loan, service) or 3 years working experiences on banking sector.

- English: TOEIC 600 or equivalent. Preferable for proficient English
