TalkX, our AI-assistant-powered messenger, is launching soon. We operate across USA, Korea, and Vietnam as a global AI company.

Role Summary
Produce blog, social, and video content with AI as your production studio. You will work directly with global customers from our HCMC office. You are not "a content writer with AI assistance" — you are an AI-powered Content Operator who owns the full pipeline: from ideation, to production, to distribution, to community engagement. You will run global content channels that reach audiences across English, Chinese, and Japanese-speaking markets, by yourself, every day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Production

• Draft blog posts, newsletters, and tutorials with AI (writing, translation, SEO optimization)
• Build repeatable AI-powered content workflows — from prompt to published, with minimal manual rework
• Maintain consistent brand voice and quality bar across all formats and languages

Short-Form Video

• Create YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels using AI video and editing tools
• Own the full production cycle: scripting, editing, thumbnail, caption — no production team dependency
• Test formats, hooks, and CTAs systematically to grow watch time and channel reach

Global Community & SNS

• Manage global SNS and community channels: Discord, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other platforms relevant to our markets
• Engage authentically; recognize when AI-generated content sounds wrong for a platform and fix it
• Build community presence and drive organic visibility across target platforms

Content Strategy & Testing

• Run structured experiments on content format, tone, headline, and distribution channel
• Track content performance metrics (views, engagement, click-through, community growth) and double down on what works
• Kill what doesn't perform — bias toward output and iteration over planning

AI Workflow Innovation

• Continuously discover and integrate new AI tools into your daily content operations
• Document and share repeatable AI-powered content playbooks with the global team
• Provide real-use-case feedback to the VibeX team based on your daily workflows

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

Experience

• Proven hands-on track record in content marketing, SNS management, or community operations — you have produced and shipped content, not just planned it
• Demonstrated ability to produce and distribute content independently across multiple formats
• Track record of owning a channel, account, or community — results you can actually show

AI Capability (Critical)

• Daily, hands-on user of AI tools for writing, image creation, video editing, and workflow automation
• Able to demonstrate at least one real piece of content work produced primarily with AI
• Strong judgment over AI output — you know when it's wrong, off-tone, or culturally misaligned, and you fix it
• AI capability is our first hiring criterion — more important than years of experience

Language

• English required (business level) — able to write, edit, and publish content for global English-speaking audiences
• Japanese or Chinese proficiency is an advantage

• Self-disciplined with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Driven by impact: energized by growing reach and building engaged audiences
• Fast iteration: ship, measure, learn — perfection is the enemy of reach

NICE TO HAVE

Bonus Qualifications

• Reddit operation experience: active user or prior experience running subreddits (highly valued)
• Experience marketing SaaS, dev tools, or AI products
• Familiarity with vibe coding / no-code platforms (VibeX, v0, Lovable, Bolt, etc.)
• Prior startup experience or solo project where you ran content end-to-end
• SEO experience: keyword research, content clusters, on-page optimization
• Background in community-led growth or developer relations content
