Content Creator (Tiktok & Social Media)

1. TikTok Content Creation (Primary Channel - 60% of workload):

• Brainstorm ideas and write detailed scripts for short-form videos.

• Directly shoot, edit, assemble videos, and act/appear on camera, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

• Monitor trending topics, hot audio, and viral concepts on TikTok to quickly capitalize on trends with relevant content.

• Publish videos, manage, and engage with the audience on the TikTok channel.

2. Threads, Facebook & Other Social Content Creation (30% of workload):

• Write SEO-optimized / Facebook Fanpage / Threads posts: brand awareness, sales-driven, engagement, and seeding posts.

• Design basic graphics (using Canva, Photoshop, CapCut image, AI tools...) for Facebook posts, simple banners, and video thumbnails.

3. Other Tasks (10% of workload):

• Execute additional content-related tasks as required by the project.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in TikTok content creation.

• Proficient in mobile/desktop video editing software (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).

• Quick at spotting trends and highly attuned to social media user psychology.

• Good aesthetic sense, strong visual intuition, and color harmony.

• Self-motivated, highly accountable for deadlines, and committed to deliverable quantity and quality.
