Compliance Supervisor (One-Year Contract)

– Maintain and enhance TFSVN’s compliance & legal governance framework, including Policies & Procedures and corporate governance requirements.

– Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and TFSC/APR requirements, and ensure timely escalation and documentation of non-compliance issues.

– Conduct compliance risk assessments and propose improvements to internal controls and legal processes.

– Perform periodic compliance checks and monitor remediation actions to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.

– Prepare compliance & legal reports for management, regulators, and Toyota Global/APR.

– Coordinate audits and regulatory inspections, including evidence preparation, department coordination, and follow-up of corrective actions.

– Monitor new legal and regulatory developments, assess operational impacts, and coordinate implementation of required changes.

– Provide compliance and legal guidance for business units, including assessment of regulatory risks for new initiatives or products.

– Develop and deliver compliance & legal training programs and support awareness activities to strengthen compliance culture.

– Manage compliance and legal documentation systems, including P&P governance, reporting matrices, outgoing letters, and company legal documents and BOD-related matters.

– Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Compliance & Legal.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business, banking or a related field.

2. Work Experience:

– 5 years in compliance, legal, risk, or internal control.

– Experience in financial services is preferred.

3. Qualifications (knowledge, Skill, Abilities)

– Strong understanding of banking/consumer finance regulations and products; compliance regime; risk management, AML/CFT.

– Basic contract review ability and legal research skills.

– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities.

– English proficiency and strong MS Office skills.
