● Advise on and review internal regulations on credit-granting activities and other internal regulations to ensure compliance with the Company's rules and applicable laws.

● Update and disseminate new legal documents related to the Company's operations.

● Prepare, or coordinate with other departments to prepare, periodic/ad-hoc reports as required by the State Bank of Vietnam and applicable laws.

● Develop training programs and internal regulations on anti-money laundering.

● Provide legal advice as requested by other departments.

● Review, assess, and report compliance violations within the Company.

● Provide comments, or coordinate with other departments to provide comments, on draft legal documents affecting the Company's operations.

● Draft the Company's internal documents (meeting minutes, resolutions, directives, etc.).

● Manage the Company's licenses and legal documents.

● Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education / Certification

● Bachelor's degree in Law.

Experience

● At least 2 years of experience in legal, compliance, or internal control.

● Experience at a bank, finance company, or credit institution is preferred.

● Experience reviewing/developing internal regulations and preparing compliance reports.

● Experience in anti-money laundering is an advantage.
